NBI Copy and Personal copy
Our friend in Manila has just emailed us scanned copies of my wife's new NBI which she will bring back to Spain, so my wife can apply for Spanish Nationality.
There are two copies on the page. One is stamped in red 'PERSONAL COPY'
I should be grateful if someone could explain what the difference is ?
Thanks
John and Elaine
