    Mabuhay!

Im 44 yrs old. Married to a british national since 2006 after being widow of 9 yrs. I had 4 kids (in the Philippines) on my first marriage. My husband doesnt like me to go to work becoz he is sad if im not on his side. We are then very happy together until, he was diagnosed of Lung Cancer last Oct 3, 2008. Our happy marriage was affected. We had lots of worries and my heart at the moment is very heavy..
Jaz arrived Uk Sept 15,2007 and my spouse visa will expire August 14 2009. If you can advise me what to do is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. thank you

    Hi Brokenhearted welcome

Sorry to hear bout your husbands condition.
Regarding your visa you will be alright. You need to apply for you ILR before your visa expires.

Just phone the HO for peace of mind

It's good to have money and the things that money can buy, but it's good to check up once in a while to make sure you haven't lost the things that money can't buy.

Dont post your contact number but you can send them to a friend through private message.

If you have anymore queries about how to apply your visa just post it here and we have many lovely members who can help you. Also we are always here if you want to share more of your broken hearted.
Not an expert, I only try to help.
