don't worry shayla... there's no reason they will deny ur application specially u have a daughter.
my son is not a british citizen and i haven't really submitted legal documents for his visa to prove that i'm sole responsible for him. just pictures of us together since he's a baby, school credentials and letter of support from me and my mum stating that his father abandoned him... and the ECO was satisfied with that

Hello Christina,
Good morning!
Thank you very much and congrats again, did you get your papers back yet together with the visas? Well about my application,I only submitted her birth cert, baptismal cert and then her dual passports xerox copy then our pictures together with my husband and family.I really hope and pray they wont find any reason to refuse me and they wont doubt it. I'm just very worried now cos it's about 8 weeks and then no result yet. I've been waiting for it and it's very stressful. I think u experienced how I feel.
When will be your flight to UK with your son?
Triple congratulations to you..for your son and to your little one in tummy..

Hi bornatbirth,
I don't mind the cold, the important thing is I will get my visa soon as possible so we can be reunited with my husband as one family in the UK..My daughter is really needing her father and been few months we're separated.. My husband only spent 2 weeks with her here in the Philippines cos he can't stay longer due to his career is in there.

11 Week seems to be the average at the moment.
Took my missus about 3 days for the visa, but that was Singapore in 2000, always easier from another country.
Besides, the weather is crap here, and will not improve till July 27th....then it's winter again on August the 17thKeith Driscoll - Administrator
