Death toll in boat sinking in Philippines now 46; eight missing
The death toll in the sinking of a passenger vessel off the northern Philippines has risen to 46 while eight people remained missing, the coast guard and police said Thursday.

It seems most people only know of Nurses (no bad thing), Imeldas shoe collection and sadly ferry disasters with regards to phill.
Things really do need to change, how a country with probably more sailors than any other nation has so many easily avoid deaths.Oh lord why did you make so many clothes and shoe shops
