    Hi from Swansea

Hi! I am Simon from Swansea, I have come to your forum because I'd love to be able to bring my lady back here someday (well, at least untill I can retire to the phills'). Problem is, im 29, not on a large salery and I am living in an annex at my parents small holding doh! What is the way for someone like me to bring my lady home?

    Smile everyone!

    Welcome to the forum Simon!!!

Time will come for you and your lady..
It's good to have money and the things that money can buy, but it's good to check up once in a while to make sure you haven't lost the things that money can't buy.

Hi Simon and welcome, you will find the answers you need by using the search link on the website bar.

It takes a lot of patience, time, and money.

But the end result is worth all the hassle.

should be no problem, just prepare well and know what evidence you need to get that visa

living with parents not a problem, saves on rent ,
not a large salary - have you any savings

When Elsa applied for the Spouse Visa, it was stated on the application form that we would be living at my parents place (and we still are 3 years later - they just cant get rid of us!).

I had no savings and a whacking big credit card at the time of application but a fairly decent wage, and the visa was granted.

    Croeso Candyman!

Well, it was back in 2005, and it only took 3 weeks, BUT things have changed big time, it seems a lot more difficult now.
