Maiden Name As Second Given Name?
HI to al...
If you fill up any visa applications, do you also include your maiden name as a second given name? example: Maria Santiago Spencer? Santiago is not a given name but a mother's surname in the Philippine Passport.. Here in Uk they don't use their mother's surname. So, do i have to include that?
I only have 1 given name. Get what i mean? i'm so confused. Please give me some advice.. Thankshttp://filipinaroses.com/images/smilies/Doh.gif

This causes confusin both ways. Yes, as far as the UK authorities are concerned, your full name would be Maria Santiago Spencer, and it will be assumed that Santiago is a given name.
I get lot's of problems here because I have three given names - it is usually assumed that I'm called Peter Albert, and that my third name is my mother's maiden name.
