Adobo
Hi & Hello to one and all,
I have a very fond love of Filipino food and would be very grateful to receive any authentic or handed down recipes which I can cook for myself.
Healthy recipes even more so as I have to lose a few pounds in weight.
Thank you all & stay healthy

welcome i am sure if you search the forum there are lots of recipes, happy searching.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people i had to kill because they pissed me off.

Hallo and welcome,
Here you go, easily googleable.........
http://www.filipinofoodrecipes.net/recipes_list.htm
http://www.duyan.com/index.php?optio...&id=1&Itemid=9
http://www.tastemycooking.com/
http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes/filipino
http://www.kusinaatbp.com/default.php
http://www.filipinorecipeslink.com/
Basically at one stage or the other, the recipes have been handed down until somebody decided to put them on print.
There are loads more out there, but this should keep you busy for a while I reckon....
Besides, there are a couple of threads on this site about recipes.
Just use the search function and bingo....

I urge everyone on this thread not to tell! Don't give away the ingredients to your Filipino dishes! It's probably the worlds best kept secret! Don't tell! Don't tell!
