now we are both sat here wondering what do's "Dispatched" mean do's it mean we could have a visa on it's way...if it do's my credit card will be going round SM in the morning as she buys everything in the mall OK me too LOL. Or do's mean the docs are coming back, or maybe a interview...dam i really need to calm down now

Embassy emailed me back last 3 weeks ago about the status of my application.
"For settlement visa applications the visa section of the embassy targets to process applications in 3 months. There will be one of three outcomes: issuance of visa, refusal of visa, or interview. If you require an interview, the embassy aims to be able to provide an appointment within 15 working days. "
I think you're going for an interview? But at least it's her time now to have visa..I'll be nextScot ===>

It means that your file is being returned to you but you will not know for sure if you have the visa until you open the package. The first thing to do is look in your passport and check if the visa has been put securely into it but at least you will have an answer one way or the other in the next day or so...

I hope you have the result that we did as we checked the ukvacs and it said " at the embassy" then when we checked again it said "dispatched" and within a day or so the visa arrived in the passport but i know that it is not always that way but even if you have to go for an interview it will be fine so do not worry.
