Yes they eat dog in the Philippines, and so has my wife, so lock up your pets ;D
People in the West seem to be disgusted with the idea of eating a dog, but they are either bred for the table or strays if your short of peso's.
Look at it this way. I live in the UK, and I'm a professional gambler on the horses, and yet everywhere else in Europe they eat horse. EEK!! ???
In India the cow is sacred, yet how much beef is digested in the West?
The French eat frogs!!
It's all part of culture, and I accept it for each.
