Appear to be on the rise due to the oil producing countries cutting production. Diesel is up to around 45peso/litre a big jump from Christmas when I was last there.

The rise is due to the new taxation called "TRAIN".. Unleaded nearly 51.00 Peso!!!:yikes:

Last time I was there (Jan 2016) diesel was around PHP 20. :omg:
