Hi everyone. I've been seeing on other forums that people are having their spouse visa applications being put "on hold". Have any of you heard this? Some people seem to think that ALL settlement visas are being placed on hold. The emails people getting state it is due to a Supreme Court ruling on 22nd February and is effecting those who are below the minimum financial requirements or have children involved. However people effected are saying that their finances are fine and their spouses are not married. This has me worried as my wife is due to have her appointment in Manila on 1st June.

Surely there would be evidence if ALL are on hold?

It's hard and testing I know. We had our trials, but in the end with careful preparation & prayer we overcame.

Hope and pray that soon you will have all your heart desires & dreams come true as mine did with my wife.

Take care,
John
