If you are caught stealing something well you have to face the consequences , sometimes a slap on the wrist , it could be banned from the shop, and then it could be a court case .
But for stealing cream eggs worth 3 euros , well is this a waste of time and money too.
But if he did not do it well he has the right to defend himself but i would have thought a ban from the shop and lets forget about it would have been better for all.
