My large friend

Went to see my mate yesterday and yes i have a few , and what a shock i had.
This is the one who took early retirement at age 54 last September.
He has always been a large chap,"BIG BONE" as some would say.
He has lost over 3 stone and he looks great too, somehow he seems to have grown a few inches too.
I asked him if he is enjoying life with out work, to right he said i love it and it was right for me too.
He is on his bike everyday and walking here and there and is still popping over to Spain looking for that place .
I wonder if i would lose my weight when i retire too.

It's certainly a good idea to follow some fitness regime even if it's only walking...

Yup,as you get older always try and do some form of physical excercise,you need to keep your engine ticking over :smile:

He has always loved his bike, he use to go off at the weekends for hours along the old railway lines and cycle paths around Derbyshire
