hello! I am currently here in the Philipnes. My mom is in the U.S. and is waiting for her work permit. She will be under H1. Once she gets her papers, she'll send it to me and then I'll apply under an h4 visa. This is my question, under an H4 visa, how long will they allow me to stay, and will i be allowed to study or work there? I want to help her raise money for my other sisters' schooling here in the Philippines. and another thing, are the college fees really that expensive? community college that is.
