Mine is only ever used when we visit my daughter and son-in-law in Aberdeenshire :icon_rolleyes: ... and then simply to let them know when our bus is due to arrive in Aberdeen itself, for the sake of picking us up from the bus station.

Oh ... and also for emergencies. :biggrin:

There was a case today where a lorry driver was found guilty when reading a text and ran into a car and killed the off duty policeman...

I must admit my phone is used more for taking pictures outdoors now,
The camera on some phones are so good why carry a big camera around

Yep.......

But at least it's now on the statute books and as you say better late than never.
