hello old friends here, I hope you are all well

I am taking my young family down to New Zealand primarily for our three kids education and will be selling our main home on the stunning island of Palawan.

It is a 6 bedroom one floor large home on a 2200 sqm lot 6km north from the city centre of Puerto Princesa

PM me for details if you know someone who is looking to retire over here with a small business income potential

regards

Scott

I think some pictures and prices of rent and running costs may help with this advert.

I was in PP in November, Scott. Stayed at Ala-Amid which is near Robinsons.

So you're going to NZ for good? I suppose it beats Birmingham anyway.

yes that is a concern and finding the right schools is high on my list of thngs to get sorted once I know exactly what role and where I will be based. My focus area of Bridgnorth in Shropshire seems well served with good schools that are not all over sunscribed and I have lived there before when previously working in Telford

money making opportunity!!!!!

We are keen to get over to the UK by the end of August at the latest for school term start so I made an offer to the realtors we know in Palawan of a special finder fee bonus for any of them (upon completion of the sale) who can find us a buyer. I am happy to reward any member here who can achieve the same result. if you know of a couple looking to retire or just relocate to Palawan and may be interested in our property PM me here

cheers

yes you and Emma would love it there. We have had some realtors ask if we can accept stage payments and whilst it is not perfect as we want to buy here and do not want too large a mortgage we would consider stage payments but I was not sure you were ready yet to move to the Phils
