Charles Kennedy's untimely demise earlier this week has, not for the first time I imagine, shed the spotlight on the Palace of Westminster's proliferation of bars ... havens for :Britain:'s beleaguered MPs to relax, unwind - and perhaps even continue their debates - after long hours spent grappling with the endless onslaught of Parliamentary affairs.
Hmm, :cwm24: ... wonder how much the price of a pint :party-smiley-012: "knocks 'em back" (pun intended) in these watering holes?
Matters not, I suppose ... :anerikke: ... with their imminent £7,000 a year salary increases, they can well afford the luxury. :wink:
