Regardless of what team anyone supports, consistency over the long term is what makes a top team. It is only the last 15 years that Chelsea has shown any level of form, and 10 for Man City.

The table clearly shows that although Newcastle left it late, they did finish in the correct place based on the average.

The only 2 teams to dominate football for a long period of time are United and Liverpool. All trophies added up, United have most. Domestically also they have won most. Liverpool have won 2 more European cups but less titles and FA cups.
