Most of extension downstairs almost complete. Now comes the tricky part as I,m not very good on aircon subject. Basically I need split aircon in 2 rooms without outside access. What,s the difference between inverter type and non inverter type? One is to cool computer room with 12 machines in it the other is for small 8x8 bedroom.

Basically, a non inverter model will operate at a fixed speed so when the desired temperature is reached the machine will switch off and then back on again when the temperature rises. They are cheaper but much more expensive to run.
An inverter type has a viable speed compressor which regulates the temperature and is therefore much more efficient :smile::smile:
