I've had recent personal experience of both these reputable pharmacies:-

Boots online pharmacy (http://www.boots.com/en/Pharmacy-Health/ )

Lloyds Pharmacy online (http://www.lloydspharmacy.com/ )

Of course drugs for supportive cancer treatment, such as pain relief, may be purchased " over-the-counter " or online, although even these may require prescription.

With respect, finding a reliable pharmacy may not be the only issue here.

Many cancers can involve the liver. The most common are those which have spread ( often in the bloodstream ) from other sites - such as lung, breast, bowel and pancreas. Primary cancers of liver usually arise as a complication of cirrhosis due to hepatitis ( types B - especially in the Philippines - and C ) or alcohol excess.

Treatments vary according to the type and extent. It may be possible to remove localized cancer surgically, otherwise a transplant would be needed. Radiotherapy or blocking the cancer blood supply may be tried.

Drugs for the range of possible liver cancers may be the only hope if there is involvement of other parts of the body. They are indeed very expensive. Even if supplied by a reliable source, requiring prescription, they also have side effects, and may have to be injected rather than taken as tablets.

Cancers nowadays should be treated - after accurate diagnosis - by a team of health professionals including surgeons and oncologists ( cancer specialists ). This is routine in the UK ; and the best hospitals in the Philippines - but sadly not cheap. Cancers involving liver are unfortunately relatively common, and serious - the best hope for survival or cure is hospital treatment.
