Children of foreign nationals married to Filipino nationals may now be granted permanent residence in the Philippines under Section 13(a) of the Philippine Immigration Act (PIA).

Yeah.. Looks like they are now afforded the same rights as the Father once married to a Filipino.
I wonder how many families will need such a visa for foreign kids?? Not that many I bet.
I could be wrong though!
