Where to get Filipino Web Developers in London?

I'm a Filipino entrepreneur here in London and I am in need of a Filipino web developer who is in London as well. I tried using Google but it seems there aren't a lot of Pinoy web devs here. Could you point me to the right direction? The reason I need the dev to be Filipino is that my company caters to the Filipino market globally and I need him/her to be very familiar with Filipino ways.
