Sorry but this news is not English language and I know its not new but basically Home Office said those care givers here in UK are cannot renew their work permit before the contract finish. About 4,000 Medical care givers including Filipino carers protested in Trafalgar Square.

That's it contract is contract!

Hopefully the government will be able to negotiate then as it is a pity for those working as carers for years and who's contract gonna end and will not be renewed already.

there should be a result announced soon, of a Legal challenge by BAPIO (Brit asc of physcians of Indian origin) on how the gov has changed the rules for IMG doctors, so they will need workpermits and like other jobs in the uk, brits and european docs will be in the front of the queue for the training and jobs

so will the gov back down, i don't think so..
