Just to remind everyone the Morden Barrio Fiesta takes place this weekend. It's not far from Morden Station on the south end of The Northern Line and they usually have a free bus taking you up to the venue or if you're driving there's plenty of parking providing you're prepared to pay the rip off charges.

We were planning to make a visit but the weather forecast isn't that good and could get worse so we may not make it.

We've been twice to the Morden Barrio Fiesta and always found it a great day. To be perfectly honest we've enjoyed it more than the old Fiesta at Lampton park

Are you thinking of going Marco?

If Mrs D was here and not working we would have gone. A shame but the weather looks like it will be a washout

I'm working tomorrow so can only make it today. Hopefully there'll be a break in the horrible weather so we can head over for a couple of hours.

I hope it's better tomorrow for anyone going. Distinct lack of stalls and people this year and the entertainment was second rate apart from the female volleyball :hubbahubba:
I'm hearing there are 2 on in July the big one at Apps Court Farm and another one back at the old venue Lampton Park in Hounslow.

A shame the Morden one wasn't up to much as the weather cleared up nicely. Female volleyball is a must watch :xxcheeky-smiley-013

....... Female volleyball is a must watch :xxcheeky-smiley-013

Brings back memories of my old dad when he was so happy watching the ladies' beach volleyball in the Olympics :hubbahubba:

Not that I was interested

:xxgrinning--00xx3: Yep that's the ad I see in the paper today. We're getting spoilt down South as they were plugging another one coming up in Mitcham soon.

Always a bit dodgy staging something in Mitcham as you could turn up on the Saturday morning and the Pikeys have moved in
