China will launch its first ever moon rover mission on Monday, state media said, as Beijing embarks on the latest stage in its ambitious space program.

I bet they will be the first to put a 'permanently manned research lab' on there :biggrin:

They've already declared their intention to do that.
They have a current strategy in place and a timeline to a manned Moon Station.

Most likely with a large protection zone over land and air :doh
