Take a quick look at this link: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/countries/italy/applying/?langname=null

Depending in the exact visa type she is on, she will most likely need a visa and will need to fill in the forms online and then goto the Worldbridge Office in Rome to register the application, biometrics etc.

I think it would be fairly straightforward though with items such as her employment contract and a good supporting letter as evidence.

My mom has all the legal documents with her such as: Permesso di Soggiorno, Carta di Identita, Codice Fiscale and Passport...

Hi there kamikiller,
It's been a long time. Good to hear from you.

Your Mom should have no problems making a visa application from Italy.

As Ricky has mentioned, it will be a visit to the WorldBridge Visa Application Centre in Rome.
However the application and payment is all done online.

Here's some useful links (be sure to follow all links contained too)

Applying for a UK visa in Italy (Applying for a UK visa in Italy)

Booking an appointment in Italy (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/countries/italy/applying/book-appointment/?langname=UK English)

Visa application centre in Italy (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/countries/italy/applying/vac/?langname=UK English)

WorldBridge in Italy Website (https://www.visainfoservices.com/pages/content.aspx?tag=welcome_page)

There's plenty of posts here on visit visa's and a quick search will likely bring them up.

Just click here on this thread (http://filipinaroses.com/showthread.php/49129-Visit-Visa-Question?highlight=visit+visaas) as a good start, I'm sure it will answer most of your questions

I'm sure you know by now that the real keys to getting a visit visa are:-

- Reasons to return home that outweigh reasons to stay in UK
- Financials to support the visit for the complete duration

Good luck.
Don't be shy to ask anything that you need help with.
