Yes, only drawback is the drive to London and car parking charges, much easier to get to Manchester for us but at least its direct so maybe that's the trade off.....

yeah.. hubby hates driving to london.. we'll probably go on plane or train if ever,, just have to book it earlier so we get it cheaper.

I believe there is a way of hiring someone's driveway for a couple of weeks a mate of mine did it and it cost far less than airport parking..
I'll ping him tomorrow and ask.

hubby always uses PURPLE PARKING :xxgrinning--00xx3::xxgrinning--00xx3: and he recommends them because their service is nice ... pick and drop you off in the airport .. no damage nor extra miles on the car

I think PAL will be a good choice for those living/going London/Manila if they don't live up to their Plane Always Late reputation.
From Cebu i think the best choice is still Cathay (still sub-700) and bypass Manila completely!!
I used to take KLM from Manila but they started stopping off in Taiwan now adding a couple of hours to the overall flight.

I tend to agree somewhat.....in and out of Clark is very limited now.....as is Davao.
I've done Davao a couple of time but Singapore Air to Davao is generally out of my price reach.....but by regular checking and a grabbing those promo's it's good for me

I looked at this when we went on a short cruise out of Southampton - moneywise it didn't stack up when you consider taxi/walking/bus/inconvenience compared with long term off site parking with shuttle bus offered by BCP through TopCashback website
