Singapore has changed a hell of a lot too, over the past 50 years.

I was going to school there when this very British video was made (although we actually lived in Johor Bahru across on the mainland). :smile:

Yes, rather sad really...what happened to the 'Pearl Of the Orient'.

Was it the Americans ? The Japanese ? Marcos ? The reliance on OFWs ? :anerikke:

Excellent footage. And the accompanying music was simply sublime. They just do not write music like that these days - more's the pity. Thank you.
