Please accept my apology for the misunderstanding I have caused to the respected forum's members with the use of the word 'discreet'; I am assuming that my personal interpretation is incorrect.
Changing the wording, I tried to point that I am looking for a honest, sincere relation.

I have removed your e-mail for security reasons.
It's most unwise to publish your personal details on a public forum.

In regard to your posting.......have you joined any dating sites ?

a big difference between discreet relationship and honest sincere relationship, and for a business man to make such an incorrect interpretation :Erm:

I suggest hopping on a plane and heading to Burgos Street in Makati or Fields Avenue in Angeles City
If you require an all night service then the prices will probably end up similar to using the services of
someone in the UK

:anerikke: ... I think you're wasting your time - and ours, frankly - because most single Filipinas (especially those here) would prepher NOT to become involved with anyone other than the partners with whom they're already in a relationship, Martin.

give him a break , we all have said the wrong words now and again, and like tepe says maybe he is best to join a dating site first

Something fishy, using the word relation instead of relationship!

I took it that English was not the OP's first language.

Thanks for your comments. I am understanding your points/concerns about the intentions that this peculiar word have triggered in our minds.
English is my second language (it is not excuse) so please forgive me for the wrong way I have wrote the sentence. I am checking again the notes of my English language class.

As Tepe mentioned, joining dating sites is an option previosly explored by myself (still on it), but I tried this forum as an alternative.

Surely you understand that we are open to learn from other one's experiences, so I take your comments in the positive way.

Again, I'm really sorry about this, and better to close/delete this thread and I will look forward to open a new one, writing the sentences correctly, if the members of the forum allow me to do that.

Personally I think that's a very feasible and honest explanation, and it'd be rather churlish not to respect pher_martin's request.

You don't need to worry about creating perfect English sentences. None of us do that.
Also don't take cyberspace comments too seriously. Many folks make light hearted comments that may be tricky to decipher when in the written word. One reason to use those 'smilies' when needed.

BTW, your opening post was clear and concise and written in perfect English so if it resulted in adverse comment that should not be a surpise especially as this is a Filipino UK oriented forum.
It is neither a dating site nor personal ads site and based solely on the way it was written I feel you knew exactly what you were posting.

May I ask what is your first language ?
Why so much interest in Filipina's ?

Discreet or not discreet that is the question!

Seriously though, you're more likely to find someone on a dating site or by going to the Philippines itself than on this forum.
