Booked and saved £8 roughly.

Their website quotes P2000 for the date we're staying.

Agoda price £22. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Stayed ther for 1 night in September 06, then it was the worst place I stayed, in ermita. Hope its got better since for your sake. Try the duck inn or southern cross hotel on del pilar, another one I find ok but bit more cost is pearl manila hotel.

Hi junior we stayed at Paco PArk Hotel last year and it was horrible. No way near the photos online. Good thing was, we only have to stay a few hours as our flight was past midnight. The room was dark, old fashioned and filthy.

It might have changed hands as the recent reviews on Trip Advisor are good. I always check reviews before booking if there are any.

I usually have a look at the reviews as well.
If there's consistency then likely OK but when you get wild inconsistency and opinion.
I'll steer clear.
Maybe right or maybe wrong but that's how I see it.

The hotel we stayed at in Rome had real rave reviews.
We found the front desk staff most unhelpful, the food very expensive for only average quality and the hotel location far away from anywhere.
Well about 20 minutes walk to the metro station, but when there's a temp of around 40C from a blazing sun and plenty of very busy roads, then that 20 minutes can be hell.

We've been pretty fortunate although the hotel we stayed at in Dumaguete was the noisiest hotel I can remember staying at despite promising reviews.

The hotel itself was quite nice and there were a lot of people staying. The rooms however were nothing special and the room next to us was being decorated meaning there was a stench of turpentine throughout that part of the hotel.
