As well as owning a pub rich Daddy Steve Binch founded failed blame and claim car hire company Drive Assist.

His little princess won't be needing any driving assistance for a while

Little bit baffled as to why the Drink Driving Charge was dropped on this one. Smell a rat.
Even the judge was surprised.
Daddy might of done a deal.
After all wouldn't her insurance be invalid if she got done for DD meaning she'd have to pay for the damage

Very dodgy that it was dropped. I guess it is the CPS rather than the Judge who is to blame.

I doubt if the offence is on the list of those where sentence leniency can be complained about - https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-low-crown-court-sentence
