well having just finished work and opening the door to the house and what a beautiful smell awaited me, chicken and all sorts being fried yum yum yum i throught,
So upstairs i went to change and came down stairs and to my horror what a smell, i just could not get the smell out of my nose,FISH SAUCE,,i have refused to eat it but who knows what will happen, smells like my socks after wearing them for days, utter stink

You wouldn't want to live in Thailand then :wink: They add it to everything.

Number one thing to add to food to ruin it though surely is currants. Why spoil a cake by adding these vile inventions, and memories of having that muck forced down me in school by teachers.
No coincidence they look like rat droppings or dead flies when cooked - both would be more appetising.

Oh and a special mention to anyone evil enough to add FRUIT to curries. That should be a capital offence, there is nothing worse than finding a piece of apple or sultana in a curry.
