Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) why only for Americans?

I've already heard about this microchip since when I was in 6th grade. But i never thought that it has now existed. I just got into a few details about it and sooner or later all americans are required to have it implanted? Around March 2013? :crazy:

Few negatives and positives about it but maybe it is reasonable enough to use it for Medical reasons.

If I were to have it I think i will have to have an MRI safe RFID chip. :Rasp:

well we put them in dogs, so if the police or a dogs home find the dog they can trace the owner.
