well just been to the fliks to see the latest bond film and yes it was good, but what got me was the pearl and dean adverts, i can remember them when i was a kid and its still the same music, just brill i thought, another thing there was just 3 couples in the fliks also,

I do agree about the Pearl and Dean music though Steve...brings back great memories. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Don't know why, but the chorus of this song always makes me think of those old cinema ads: :)

I only watch 3d films in cinema here.

Orange Pikey Wednesday - just having a wet before we go in..... £9.00 for 2 Odeon, a couple of weeks ago at a Vue I paid £6.00 something

I just double checked Odeon are £9.00 per ticket and the other one was Showcase Cinema near Reading £8.35 per ticket. Absolute rip off no wonder people are downloading back up copies etc. They didn't seem to be doing much business on the popcorn, dogs and drinks maybe the suckers have finally woken up. We took in a bag of Kettle crisps and 2 cans of Coke total c £2.00 :laugher:
