These prisoners in cebu has been watched by millions of people in youtube and in any other countries. People have their different comments and views, some would say nice things about this inmates has been treated good and this idea is fantastic, but some would say, that their being pampered and they should be punished.
For me this is ridiculous, and I was amazed watching them, not.
