Usually safari monkeys get in trouble when they mob visitors' cars, so 40 mischievous apes were probably delighted when they were let loose on a brand new model.

Car manufacturer Hyundai wanted to put their new family hatchback to the ultimate test at Knowsley Safari Park, in Merseyside, to find out exactly how childproof the New Generation i30 is.

The baboons are well known for attacking vehicles - last year Coleen Rooney posted a picture on Twitter of one of the cheeky apes pulling at a windscreen wiper on footballer husband Wayne’s £80,000 Audi.

The apes failed miserably but the local scallies and hub cap stealers would make short work of it :icon_lol:
