We are collecting all the documemts needed to make a appliaction for a UK spousal Visa and my financee cannot get her old 5 year passport (her ex employers in Kuwait are claimimg that have lost it, we know that not true!). We know that the ECO evaluationg the visa likes to see the travel history (her current passport was issued in June 2008 when she was in kuwait). Will this be enough travel history or will there be a problem with her visa application if she cannot supply both her current and old Filipino passport?

Thanks,
Robert

For a settlement visa your fiancee will not need to prove any travel history at all.
Having a travel history is just not a requirement.

thanks a lot Terpe. I guess the reason I thought it was important is that they ask for details of previous passport on application.

Cheers,
Robert
