I know this sounds stupid. But what do you do with them?

Collect 20,000+ usually and use them to book a free flight :xxgrinning--00xx3:

You haven't been collecting them on your account then. I think you can get them backdated 6 months if you have a boarding pass, and some will expire after 2-3 years depending on the airline.

If you book a cheapie KLM flight in one of their sales you don't get that many miles. A standard economy flight to Manila is worth about 7000 Flying Blue Miles, but the sale ticket I've bought to Saigon is worth only 350 miles:rolleyes:

I have done a lot of long haul flying over the years but found that I didn't fly with the same operator frequently enough to allow the air miles to accumulate sufficiently.....

Thanks Ricky having read all the small print and due to the lack of times I fly I dont think it applies to me. Frequent flyers will benefit.:xxgrinning--00xx3:.

I guess i must fly a lot then as i have 140,000+ just with Qatar excluding BA, KLM etc....

Saying that i never fly to MNL as it is cheaper to fly to HKG and i get more miles.... not far from flying from LHR to MNL first class :D
