This is how they dealt with the problem of looters following the Haiti earthquake

when I arrived in the UK, i was shocked with some of the laws.
In the Phils, if there's looters around or a house thief, the nieghbours will help u to beat this theif to bleed & send them to the police.
But in the uk, if house owners shoot the thieves (of course it's in human....), we will be put to jail:bigcry: We are just protecting our properties & family & will not wait for them to hurt us first.
