Did you see those recent BBC progs "The Foods That Make Billions" ? - Yoghurt, Cereals and Water - never give a sucker an even break ( a slogan I subscribe to:D )

Mate, I'm tighter than a tight pair of tights.

I also started my career working for a corn merchant, and later the Ministry of Agriculture.

'Own label' sugar-free plain porridge oats are my nutritious staple.

Tap water is probably safer than ANYTHING that comes out of a bottle IMO. :)

I ignore all marketing bullshit. Always have done. :NoNo:
