i dont know why the gov bothers, why dont they just go and ask credit reference agencies and your local council btw them they know everything :D

You're so right joebloggs, I believe this Census is expected to cost 0.5 billion GBP :yikes:
Surely a carefully taken sample of the population would be just as effective for a fraction of the cost ?
