I have recently read that tier 2 sponsorship used to be NVQ 3 is set to raise to NVQ4( graduate level) .Does that means that nurses with NVQ level 3 or equivalent will not be allowed to work in UK even with NMC registration?..unless they are specialised and work in operating theatres, neonates and intensive care? One of my good friend who is a nurse has NMC registration and looking for job in either nursing home or hospital in UK.She is having her qualification verified by UK naric to equivalent level NVQ3 hoping to work in Nursing home in UK as advised by her Recruiter and her recruiter told her there is shortage of NMC registered nurse in UK nursing home.Does anyone know for definate about the changes with Tier 2 sponsorship?Any contribution and advised is greatly appreciated.
