frustrating

I called up the Consulate of Iceland today and asked about the Certificate of Legal Capacity to Marry. I was expecting that it would be issued on the day you applied it but when I asked the lady she said "I don't know":omg: I tried to sound very very patient and very very kind and asked her again. Of course I got the same answer. I was thinking how can she not know the answer to my question.It is just sooooo frustrating.:bigcry:

this could be the start of a long and frustrating journey, mine started nearly 5 years ago, and it still carries on, friday 'living in the uk' test, next month ILR visas ... :Help1:

well i called up the consulate yesterday and asked them again and finally (yahoooo) they were able to answer my question. It would take 3-4 days before we can get the Certificate of Legal CApacity to Marry.
