My new wife is just about to apply to the philippine embassy in london for her passport to be ammended to her new name.
It says on the list of things required that I need to submit 3 copies of my passport to accompany her applicatio.
Do I need to copy every page or just the ones with information/writing on?

Many thanks.

Hi symonh

You have to provide the following:

Three (3) photocopies of husband's valid passport or birth certificate

Three (3) photocopies of the data page of applicant's passport

Which means, you only have to photocopy 3 each of the data pages (husband and applicants passport).

PASSPORT AMENDMENT (http://www.philemb.org.uk/passport.html#passportamend)

The following are the requirements for passport amendments:

Applicant's valid passport
Completed Passport Amendement Form (see Forms)
The original and three (3) photocopies of marriage certificate
Three (3) photocopies of husband's valid passport or birth certificate
Three (3) photocopies of the data page of applicant's passport
Three (3) completed Report of Marriage Form (see Forms) which are available at the Embassy and at the Embassy website. Three (3) passport size photos of spouse, taken within the last 6 months
Six (6) passport size photos of applicant, taken within the last 6 months
If you are applying for an amendment on your current passport the fee is £15 plus £18 for the report of marriage

Hope it helps. It would only take 3 working days.

When you get the passport, DOUBLE CHECK it, they have a terrible habit of getting your name wrong. The number of times it happens, you'd think they do it for fun!! :NoNo:

hehehe good job they don't employ smart people, just think what the processing fee would be then :laugher:

just makes you wonder what goes on there :Erm: hmmmmmmmm
