I see Sony are looking to ban sales of the Chip or at least components required, as you say even more good advertising for them. Although i believe all the major games consoles are now sold at a loss so maybe we will see a PS 4 soon.
I guess sales will soar in Phill as most if not all the PS2's are sold unlocked as hardly any one could buy a game otherwise:rolleyes:

i know of a few people who will buy a ps3 now :D, yes just like the sale of printers, they make a loss on a printer, and make money on the ink carts.

They probably use it as an advertising promotion every sale they get I guess in most cases it is one less x box or Nintendo:D
