Hi guys

Sorry if I'm asking a question that has already been answered , but all the details I have seen on this forum have been conflicting or ambiguous.

Ashley would like to return to the Phils for around 2 and 1/2 months to complete her Nursing Board exams. Will there be any problem with spending this much time outside the UK while she has her FLR ?

Any advice gratefully received

Brian and Ashley

the rules say 90 days max per year. but if you get a cover letter from your employer (college) then it's ok to be out of the country longer.

I called the IND helpline and was told that the maximum amount of time allowed is 90 days in the 2 years of the FLR. Not 90 days per year. It will just mean that we have to be careful not to go above this. Ashley will probably need 70 days this year to complete her course
