Hello everyone. I just wanted to ask regarding the above type of visa. My husband is currently recruiting staff and was shown a copy of the applicant's visa as proof of eligibility to work in the UK. However, he's not sure. The visa states "Visa Tier 4 (General) Dep. Partner" with no recourse to public funds and no employment as a doctor in training. Valid from 15/01/10 - 24/10/11. :Erm:

From what I've gathered I believe this is a dependant of a student visa and was wondering if they are allowed to work full time?

Thank you in advance for your help.
