a friend recently downloaded a program and i can watch english live tv on my comp..i am wondering if it works in philippines...maybe if someone there can check it...but you need two things
1. vlc media player
2 . a torrent for the program...
i know torrents r not cool...except with cool people...but i am not recommending downloading them...anyone interested let me know
