I really despise this lot. Who do they think they are? They should sack every last one of them and replace them with robots! :furious3:

I'm going on a Stag Weekend in Slovenia and we're flying from Stansted. But the Stansted Express is being disrupted by strike action! I've got no sympathy at all with the strikers. If they don't like their jobs, they should quit and find a new one, not hold the travelling public to ransom and disrupt people's holidays. :cwm23:

Bob Crowe is a militant idiot. He's happy enjoy his £80K salary and inflation busting 8% pay rise while encouraging his selfish members to strike at the drop of a hat, with blatant disregard for the travelling public. :Brick:

There! I'm glad I got that off my chest! :23_111_9[1]:

Problem i have noticed is that the unions where people often strikes have been in areas where there is a monopoly so can get away with striking as no sensible alternative with the post there are now for many big companies and even people in the larger towns and cities.

Each strike i have noticed companies find alternatives which they often tend to keep on using once normal service resumes.

Also for the larger companies middle management and what not step in to ensure that they hardly noticed the one day strikes.

Only people who will lose out it looks like are the post office staff and people in more remote areas who will get a poorer possibly more expensive service:NoNo:

Never understood postal strikes, as they stil have to do the work when they start up agin :Erm:

I can't remember the last time our local postfolk went on strike, they always seem to ignore the unions.

Again those working in the larger towns and cities would most likely get jobs with the big parcel firms etc, who take up the slack. The workers in the not so built up areas of course there might not be that choice:NoNo:
