:ARsurrender: My husband and I are now planning to apply for spouse visa...but do you think it would be okay if he doesn't have any tax thing and savings in the bank? he is working tho. at the moment and earned good amount of money..Do you think the Embassy wont give us such trouble? we've been married for a year now..and known each other for 2 years..PLEASE HELP ME!!! ):

you could be ok, hard to say, but the embassy could say, how will he be able to support you with out any savings , it would have helped alot if you had savings

married a year, you had time to prepare for this, he could have borrowed money from family or friends for a a few months or even used a credit card and transferred the money to his bank account, waited til he had enough bank statements, applied for your visa, once you got your visa, pay the money back :xxgrinning--00xx3:

well the thing is since 2006 he kepts on visiting me in the philippines for 5 times now..and that the reason why he dont save up some money coz he spend it on things here in the philippines for flights and stuff..maybe i'll just explain it to the Embassy people
maybe that's a valid reason enough for them to believe me..I hope they will be nice to me really... as my husband is still young (29 yrs. old now)..And I am the only family he got left..His mom died while he is 9 yrs. old, and his dad is now married and now living in Texas USA and want nothing to do with him...and he was abandoned by his sister coz of religion matter... and brother ( had mental problem) ..

You need to submit your husband's latest 6 months worth of Bank Statements. A very important requirement. :xxgrinning--00xx3::xxgrinning--00xx3: They want to know if he has the means to support you whilst in the UK. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Just a nosy question - as you mentioned that your hubby is still young - how old are you?
I suppose you are over 21 years old....?:Erm:
Good luck in your application:xxgrinning--00xx3:

well..I am 21 yrs. old Ji&Ma..

Hi, sorry I've been bit nosy about it but it is one of the conditions now that you must be over 21 y.o. to be granted entry clearance to UK as a spouse.
To your questions - try to look at these threads, they are about fiancee visa but generally are valid for the spouse visa as well:
Fiancee visa... (http://filipinaroses.com/showthread.php?t=14167)
Letter of sponsorship (http://filipinaroses.com/showthread.php?t=13285)
Also take a look at VFS (http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/index.aspx) web pages - you can find a lot of info there as well as on UK VISAS (http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/) website.
And - last but not least - try to use "SEARCH" function in here - right side of that green banner near the top of the page. Or in here (http://filipinaroses.com/search.php?do=process).
Good luck :xxgrinning--00xx3:
